RESULTS

Below are some noteworthy results my clients have achieved working with me and these systems. Please keep in mind these results are extremes. However, they are examples of how beneficial proper training can be for an athlete.

On average, my athletes see a 5-15% increase in overall strength, + 2-5 inch increase in vertical, and roughly 0.2-0.4 second decrease in sprint times over their first 8-16 week training period. 

9 months of work

  • + 90 lbs Deadlift increase

  • Went from being able to do 3 regular push ups to 10 push ups with +45 lbs 

  • Goblet squat increased from 20 lbs to 90lbs

  • Lost 15 lbs

  • + 100 lbs Deadlift increase (185 lbs to 285 lbs) 

  • 2 complete pull ups (started not being able to bring self up half way)

  • 10 second L-Sit

Freshman College Football Athlete

  • 1RM Trap Bar Deadlift Increased from 475 to 535 lbs (+60 lbs) over 6 weeks of work

  • Significant increases in overall mobility

High School Freshman Baseball Player

​8 weeks of work

  • Flying 10 time decreased from 1.80 to 1.56

  • Exit velocity in baseball increased 9mph

  • Throwing speed increased 7mph
