Below are some noteworthy results my clients have achieved working with me and these systems. Please keep in mind these results are extremes. However, they are examples of how beneficial proper training can be for an athlete.
On average, my athletes see a 5-15% increase in overall strength, + 2-5 inch increase in vertical, and roughly 0.2-0.4 second decrease in sprint times over their first 8-16 week training period.
