Individual/Small Group Personal Training

Includes:

  • Initial Consultation and Baseline Testing.

  • Fully individualized science based program built for the athlete's (or groups) specific needs

  • Nutritional guidance and tracking

  • Unlimited access to performance coach for questions, mentorship, resources, and support

Classes 

Includes:​

  • A science based program designed to improve an athlete's speed, power, strength, and injury resilience.

  • Competitive and engaging atmosphere where athletes learn to compete and move efficiently.

Note: Class schedule varies based on attendance. If you have an athlete wishing to attend a class but don't see one listed, contact Coach Tim and he will work to find an opportunity for your athlete to train.

Online Training (Coming Soon)

Coach Schaab currently works with online athletes on a case by case basis. Please contact him for more information.

A more comprehensive online training service is currently in the process of being developed. This system will contain access to all of the essential Schaab Sport training programs, as well as remote coaching options. Stay tuned!

BOOKING & CANCElLATION POLICIES

With the majority of my clientele being middle school and high school athletes, my schedule operates on a in school schedule and summer schedule. Every eight weeks, my schedule is updated based on the following rules:

  1. Type of training

    • 1 on 1 clients are first priority for the premium price they pay for training and limited spots for training. 

    • Group clients will be scheduled after 1 on 1s. I will have 2 group times reserved every day.

      • Currently they have set times but there will likely be flexibility. Contact me with any questions or special circumstances I should be aware of. 

  2. Frequency of how many days a week you plan to train

    • 3x a week or more are first priority to ensure they get all their days in. 

    • 2x a week will be scheduled next

    • 1x a week or less I will have access to any remaining time slots. 

  3. If you are able to drive yourself or need a ride. 

    • I ask athletes who are able to drive to be flexible with their schedule so I can ensure younger athletes that depend on a parent for a ride are able to fit their training. 

  4. If you can commit to a consistent time each week!

    • Consistency is key for successful training. Your spot on the schedule is your promise to yourself to get better, honor it as best you can!

    • It may be hard to change date and time once set. I will do my best to accommodate but no guarantees.

At Schaab Sport, we strive to provide the best personal training experience for our clients. We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your sessions. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring that both our clients and trainers are treated respectfully.

​

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • 24-Hour Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. If proper notice is given, the session can be rescheduled at no additional cost.

  • Late Cancellations: If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, it will be considered a late cancellation, and the session fee will be forfeited.

  • No-Shows: If a client does not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited.

2. Refunds

  • Unutilized Packages: If a client wishes to cancel their training package before starting, they are eligible for a full refund if the request is made within 14 days of purchase.

  • Partially Used Packages: If a client has used some sessions but wishes to cancel the remainder of their package, they can receive a prorated refund. The refund will be calculated based on the number of unused sessions, minus a 10% administrative fee.

  • No Refunds After Expiry: Packages are valid for a specific period (e.g., 10 weeks). No refunds will be issued for sessions not used within the validity period.

3. Special Circumstances

  • Medical Reasons: If a client is unable to continue training due to a medical condition, a full refund of the unused sessions will be provided, subject to the submission of appropriate medical documentation.

4. Exceptions and Adjustments

  • Trainer Cancellations: If a session is canceled by the trainer for any reason, the session will be rescheduled at the client's convenience, or a full refund for that session will be provided.

  • Package Adjustments: If a client needs to adjust their package due to changes in their schedule or personal circumstances, we will work with them to find a suitable solution, which may include converting sessions into other services or extending the package validity period.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact Us: Clients should contact Tim directly via email or phone to request a refund.

 

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the request, and the amount will be credited back to the original method of payment.
